Kobro Terms of Use

Effective October 6, 2026

By using Kobro you agree to these terms. If you get Kobro from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What Kobro is

Kobro is a record-keeping tool for independent service workers: clients, visits, what they owe and what they paid. Kobro is not a bank or payment service. It does not hold, send or receive money, and it does not collect payments from your clients. Payments happen directly between you and your clients through Venmo, Zelle, cash or any other way you choose.

Your account

Messages to your clients

Kobro prepares messages; you send them from your own phone. You are responsible for what you send and for following texting rules where you work, including stopping when a client asks.

Your records

Balances in Kobro are based on what you enter. Check them before relying on them for taxes or disputes. You can export your data at any time in Settings → My data.

Kobro Pro

Acceptable use

Do not use Kobro to harass anyone, to send spam, to store information you have no right to keep, or to try to access other users' data.

Ending

You can stop using Kobro and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
