Questions from car washers
How does the pay page ask for a tip?
When you tap Ask to pay, your customer gets a link to a simple page with tip buttons (15%, 20% or 25%, rounded to whole dollars), Other, or No tip. Then Venmo or Cash App opens with the total already filled in.
Can I turn tips off for some customers?
Yes. Ask for tips is a setting on each client. It’s on by default for per-visit jobs like washes.
Do my customers need the app?
No. They just tap the link in your text. No account, no download.
